Was an Angel, now part Demon.
We are a bloody mass,
The dead in life,
The dead after death,
All my brethren.
I believe in you,
I believe in what you are,
What you were,
And will be.
I was an angel,
I flew in the heavens,
Watching over humans,
Stepping into their lives.
In a short time,
I saved many,
And lost many,
But I was working hard.
Then I was stripped,
Torn from my wings,
Because I couldn't remain in grace,
And help the most important one of all.
A messenger of love,
Sent to the Devil's court,
Where I found more companions,
More souls with my cause.
Chained to the wall,
And behind the bars,
Angels all stood stripped,
Naked and wingless.
